Main performance and structural characteristics:

1.This production line is mainly designed for weighing, filling, and sealing materials using PET cans, paper cans, and a series of cylindrical cans as containers.
2. The equipment mainly consists of a multi bucket combination scale, a Z-type hoist, a rotary positioning filling machine, an automatic capping and sealing machine (automatic induction sealing machine), an automatic capping machine, an automatic labeling machine, a series of conveyor lines, a packing workbench, an automatic sealing machine, and an automatic unpacking machine.
3. After the material is weighed and filled by the rotary positioning filling machine, the filled canned products are transported by the conveyor line to the automatic capping sealing machine or (automatic induction sealing machine) for sealing, and then covered by the automatic capping machine (plastic cap). Finally, they are sequentially transported by the automatic labeling machine and conveyed by the conveyor line to the packing workbench. They are manually integrated into the box and enter the automatic sealing machine for output through the material flow line.
